2017 Putting Care at the Center Conference Opens for Registration

The 2017 Putting Care at the Center, an annual conference of the National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs, will take place November 15-17 in Los Angeles, CA. It is co-hosted by Kaiser Permanente, partner of The John. A Hartford Foundation on the Age-Friendly Health Systems initiative.

The conference features expert health care, social services, research, and policy perspectives and is an opportunity for innovators and advocates for health care delivery reform from across the country. The National Center was established with funding from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, AARP, and The Atlantic Philanthropies and is housed within the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers.
