Conversations with GIA: Family Caregiving - New Horizons for Caring Across America

GIA_Logo

There are roughly 18 million family caregivers of older adults in the United States, who provide the majority of long-term care services and supports to their loved ones. The varied and increasingly complex roles of family caregivers – and the implications for social, health and economic realities of the families in question – have brought family caregiving to the forefront of public policy. This webinar will discuss a recent National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine report Families Caring for an Aging America, promising approaches and some ways in which we all can play a role in the solution.
