The University of Rochester, in collaboration with West Health, is hosting the third annual d.health Summit, Welcome to 2030: Successful Aging Begins Here.
Held this year in New York City, d.health is a national forum for health and technology leaders, entrepreneurs, senior care advocates and policymakers to exchange ideas, create new relationships, and foster disruptive technological and process innovations to improve the lives of the nation’s aging population.
Speakers include The John A. Hartford Foundation President, Terry Fulmer, PhD, RN, FAAN.
