Revised federal nursing facility regulations went into effect in late November 2016. Now is the time for residents, family members, advocates, and others to better understand how the regulations are changing nursing facility care.

Justice in Aging, along with the National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care and the Center for Medicare Advocacy (one of JAHF's grantees) have been releasing a series of short issue briefs that take a closer look at different aspects of the new regulations.
