Social Innovation Fund (SIF) Week February 20-24
We are proud to partner with the Social Innovation Fund (SIF) to improve lives by spreading the Collaborative Care model of depression treatment in primary care.
With matching federal SIF funds, our JAHF grants and local philanthropic funds are supporting the Advancing Integrated Mental Health Solutions (AIMS) Center at the University of Washington and eight federally qualified health centers in rural areas of the western U.S. so that low-income older adults can receive better mental health services.
