An article in TIME, “4 Ways Going to the Doctor Is Radically Changing”, lays out four innovative ways people are receiving health care, including house visits.

The article mentions that house calls are gaining in populatrity again as a health care approach, particularly for frail, homebound older adults. It talks about a new education program from JAHF grantee, The Home Centered Care Institute (HCCI), which has just announced the launch of Centers of Excellence (COEs) for Home‐Based Primary Care. Through this program, HCCI's network will train 5,000 new doctors on how to care for frail older adults in their homes.
