Jennifer Phillips, MPA, joined The John A. Hartford Foundation on September 21, 2015, with 15+ years’ experience in operations and financial management and serving as an executive assistant to executives including foundation leaders and leaders in higher education. She has extensive knowledge in the non-profit arena as she served as the Operations manager at the Iacocca Family Foundation for over 5 years. In that role, she was an integral part of the Foundation and was responsible for overseeing daily operations. She has devoted much of her career to the health and life sciences arena. She holds a B.S. in health sciences/communications from the University of West Florida, Pensacola, FL and an M.S. in public administration from Troy University, Troy, AL.
