Fact Sheet and Infographic: State Opportunities to Support Family Caregivers
The Center for Health Care Strategies, Inc., (CHCS), has published a fact sheet and related infographic, "State Opportunities to Support Family Caregivers."
The fact sheet details tactics that states can use to support family caregivers and describes specific ways that states are finding to enhance family caregiver supports.
These releases are part of Helping States Support Families Caring for an Aging America, a national initiative led by the Center for Health Care Strategies through support from The John A. Hartford Foundation, the Milbank Memorial Fund, the May & Stanley Smith Charitable Trust, and the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, is working with six states - Alabama, Idaho, Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, and Virginia - that are committed to increasing the effectiveness and reach of family caregiver supports.
