WebMD and The John A. Hartford Foundation invite you to join an October 29th event about the Age-Friendly Health Systems movement, featuring the release of a new consumer survey and a powerhouse panel discussion with Martha Stewart, Don Berwick and others. RSVP here.

The evening discussion will highlight findings from Driving Towards Age-Friendly Care for the Future, a survey about older adults and their family caregivers’ health care experiences, using the Age-Friendly Health Systems 4Ms Framework: What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility.
