AARP Report: The CARE Act Implementation - Progress and Promise
AARP Public Policy Institute has published a new Spotlight report, "The CARE Act Implementation: Progress and Promise."
The Caregiver Advise, Record, Enable (CARE) Act became law in 40 states and territories in just four years, and additional states have initiated the legislative process. This report provides an update on the CARE Act legislation and its implementation, bringing in perspectives from the field.
JAHF's grant to the AARP Foundation is supporting a national scan of CARE Act implementation and a follow-up Home Alone Alliance study.
