The University of California Los Angeles Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care Program (ADC) team will be presenting at the American Geriatrics Society on May 3 on "Providing High-Quality, Efficient and Cost-Effective Care for Persons with Dementia."
During the session on The Future is Now: Dementia Care Management for High Impact, High Value Care, Dr. Zaldy Tan will discuss the new ADC dementia care model work.
