AONE Webinar: Nurse Leaders Critical Contribution to Age-Friendly Health Systems
The American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) is holding a webinar on December 3, "Nurse Leaders Critical Contribution to Age-Friendly Health Systems."
Terry Fulmer, PhD, RN, FAAN, President of The John A. Hartford Foundation, will present on an initiative to create health systems that are age-friendly and better able to meet the goals of the Triple Aim. The webinar will describe the Age-Friendly Health Systems initiative, its essential elements and nursing’s critical contribution to this focused shift in care.
Age-Friendly Health Systems is an initiative of The John A. Hartford Foundation and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement in partnership with the American Hospital Association and the Catholic Health Association of the United States.
