C-TAC 2017 National Summit on Advanced Illness Care
The Coalition to Transform Advanced Care (C-TAC) 2017 National Summit on Advanced Illness Care is being held on November 27-29 in Washington DC.
The event will bring together over 400 healthcare stakeholders representing providers, health systems, health insurers, consumer groups, patient advocates, private-sector employers, and thought leaders from around the country who are actively reshaping the way advanced illness care is provided.
The 2017 Summit will address the most pressing issues in the movement, such as person-centered care programs, advanced illness clinical and payment models, caregiver support, policy reform, state and community organizing, healthcare technology, and indicators of success. This year’s Summit will be co-chaired by former U.S. Senate Majority Leaders Thomas A. Daschle and William H. Frist.
