National Healthcare Decisions Day Community Highlight Webinar
The Conversation Project are holding a community National Healthcare Decisions Day (NHDD) webinar on February 21 to talk about NHDD participation in 2017 and discuss ideas for celebrating NHDD 2018 (April 16 - 22).
