The National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs is hosting a webinar on January 22, "Introducing the Blueprint for Complex Care - Opportunities to Advance the Field."
The National Center, the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS), and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), recently released the Blueprint for Complex Care, a strategic plan to unite the broad set of individuals and organizations experimenting with innovative care models and increase opportunities to further advance the field.
During the webinar, Blueprint authors will outline the goals of the guide, discuss how it was developed, describe recommendations for building the complex care field, and share opportunities to get involved. Two experts in the field will provide ground-level perspectives on the Blueprint’s recommendations.
