GIA_PACE_600

Grantmakers in Aging (GIA) is hosting a webinar on January 29, "PACE 2.0: Expanding the Reach of a Proven Integrated Care Model for Older Adults."

The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a model of person-centered, integrated care that enables Medicare beneficiaries—most of whom also have Medicaid—who are eligible for nursing home care to remain in their homes.

During the webinar, presenters will provide an overview of policy and research activities supporting the PACE 2.0 project, hear from a PACE site that tested the growth tools, and discuss opportunities to increase access to PACE in local communities.

Speakers include:

  • Amy Herr, Director, Health Policy, West Health Policy Center
  • Tom Reiter, Executive Director, Gary and Mary West PACE
  • Peter Fitzgerald, EVP, Policy and Strategy, National PACE Association
  • Ursula Robinson, Executive Director, PACE of the Triad
