Webinar: The Way Forward - Organizing Seniors to Protect Health Care
The Center for Consumer Engagement in Health Innovation (CCEHI, an initiative of Community Catalyst,) is holding a webinar on June 19, "The Way Forward: Organizing Seniors to Protect Health Care."
The organized voice of seniors has been critical in building the health safety net over the past century. This webinar will explore the history of senior activism and discuss strategies for effective senior organizing today. The webinar draws on research by staff at CCEHI that was recently published in the Journal of Aging and Social Policy entitled, "Organizing seniors to protect the health safety net: the way forward."
