Family caregiving is a daunting task for one person to take on alone. While asking for help can be difficult, it is an absolute necessity in some situations. “Family caregivers can get into a situation where they are so frazzled and stressed that they're past the point where a simple fix would have made an enormous difference,” says Snyder.
