Geriatric Emergency Department Collaborative Articles on the 4Ms and More
The Journal of Geriatric Emergency Medicine (JGEM), in partnership with the Geriatric Emergency Department Collaborative (GEDC), has published a series of articles on the Age-Friendly Health Systems 4M's framework and other topics.
The mission of the GEDC is to transform and evaluate interdisciplinary best practice in geriatric emergency medicine. The organization aims to build and distribute practical, evidence-based resources, tools, and learning materials that support sustainable, quality care for older adults.
The mission of JGEM is to improve emergency health care for older adults by providing an open access, peer-reviewed, quality education and dissemination platform giving providers in all disciplines the evidence they need to enhance emergency care for older adults.
