TFAH Office Hours: Discuss and Learn Best Practices for Vaccinating Older Adults that are Homebound

TFAH officehours

Trust for America's Health (TFAH) Age-Friendly Public Health Systems team is offering one-on-one office hours to provide direct support developing and executing plans to get vaccinations to older adults who are homebound. The next office hours are on October 20.

The Age-Friendly Public Health Systems (AFPHS) team will offer guidance on best practices for vaccinating older adults that are homebound. During these office hours, representatives from organizations and departments of public health who have developed and executed such processes will provide one-on-one advice and guidance.

The office hours are on the first and third Wednesdays of each month, from 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm ET. The upcoming sessions are October 20, November 3 and November 17.

TFAH encourages participants to register for these office hours and to submit questions in advance. If you have any initial questions, please email afphs@tfah.org.
