Ha Hscalingwebinar1 30

Hospital at Home (HaH) Users Group, in partnership with the American Academy of Home Care Medicine, is holding a webinar January 30 on "Go Home & Go Big: Strategies for Scaling HaH Programs."

The webinar is for hospital and system leaders interested in learning about the opportunities and challenges associated with providing care in the home.

Speakers will examine three levers for HaH program growth: changing emergency department culture, managing census variability, and scaling the model across multiple hospital sites. They will talk about the strategies they use to address these scaling challenges and how they have grown their programs and continue to provide high quality acute care in patients’ homes.

Speakers include:

  • Moderator, Tuyet-Trinh (Trini) Truong, MD, Chief Medical Officer, Mount Sinai at Home Associate Professor of Medicine, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai
  • Karin Falkenberg, MSN RN, Executive Director, Nursing and Patient Services, Mass General Brigham Healthcare at Home
