Seeking New Partners and Approaches to Improve Care for Older Adults

JAHF has announced a call for proposals for national initiatives that improve care for older adults. Up to 10 grants will be awarded to organizations not previously funded by JAHF, each for up to $300,000 over two years. Letters of intent are due October 27.
