The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) held a webinar March 28 on "Person-Centered Outcome Measures - Measuring What Matters Most."

‌The webinar examined the value of person-centered outcome measures for healthcare purchasers and payers, health care delivery systems, policymakers, individuals and communities.

Speakers discussed implementing the person-centered outcome measures in clinical practice, including within community behavioral health care settings, and the importance of incorporating the patient voice into quality measurement, and highlighted new training resources available.
