Oral Health in the Older Adult Population ASTDD Best Practice Approach Report
The Association of State and Territorial Dental Directors (ASTDD) Best Practices Project promotes best practices for state, territorial and community oral health programs.
The new oral health report is the result of efforts by the ASTDD Best Practices Committee and the ASTDD Healthy Aging Committee to identify and provide information on developing successful practices that address the oral health of older adults. It includes research, expert opinion, field lessons, and theoretical rationale, and details best practice approaches for state and community oral health programs.
