The National Center for Complex Health & Social Needs Annual Conference 2021: Apply to Present

The National Center for Complex Health & Social Needs Annual Conference: Putting Care at the Center 2021

The Camden Coalition's National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs is hosting this year's virtual conference, "Putting Care at the Center 2021," on October 20 to October 22. Apply to present a workshop or Beehive session by May 17.

This year's theme is "Trust, Trauma, and Healing in Our Communities." The conference will provide a dedicated venue for the complex care field to learn about the innovative models, tools, and partnerships complex care programs and practitioners across the country are creating to meet their participants' needs, ensure equity in access to services and care, and promote healing and recovery in their communities.

Are you improving care for people with complex health and social needs? Apply to present at this year's conference via two different presentation opportunities: leading a workshop session or presenting in the virtual Beehive. The deadline to apply is May 17.
