The HCBS Business Acumen Center is hosting a webinar, "Monitor, Evaluate and Respond: Use Measurement to Demonstrate Performance," on September 25.
The HCBS Business Acumen Center is led by Advancing States in partnership with national organizations and funded through a grant from the Administration for Community Living. This webinar will cover the differences between structure, process, and outcome measures; discuss how CBOs can impact measures health plans use to demonstrate performance; and talk about the current status and direction of measurement for long-term services and supports.
Torshira Moffett, Director of Product Development with the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), will be leading the webinar.
