Hospital Elder Life Program Conference April 6-7
The 15th annual Hospital Elder Life Program conference will be held at The Marriott Pittsburgh City Center in Pittsburgh, PA, April 6-7, 2017.
Hospital Elder Life Program (HELP) for Prevention of Delirium is a comprehensive patient-care program that ensures optimal care for older adults in the hospital. The HELP conference will allow attendees to benefit from the shared knowledge of experts and peers with state-of-the-art geriatric updates, presentations from HELP sites across the country, and updates from HELP Central.
The John A. Hartford Foundation has a grant to support the dissemination of the HELP model.
