The American Hospital Association (AHA) is holding a webinar July 14 on creating Age-Friendly Health Systems and how to join the movement.
Throughout the United States, hospitals, clinics, long-term care sites and other types of care sites are becoming Age-Friendly Health Systems as they implement the 4Ms Framework - what matters, medications, mentation and mobility - to provide high-quality care that meets the unique needs of older adults.
This informational webinar with AHA's Living Learning Network and The Value Initiative will discuss age-friendly care as a value-based strategy to improve patient outcomes and experience for older adults and talk about how to get engaged in the upcoming Action Community convening this fall.
