"Age-Friendly Health Systems: The 4Ms," by Fulmer, PhD, RN, FAAN and Amy Berman, RN, LHD, FAAN, The John A. Hartford Foundation, and Kedar Mate, MD, and Leslie Pelton, MPA, the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, focuses on the Age-Friendly Health Systems initiative. It lays out the "why" along with details on the four core features known as the “4Ms.”
