FAIR Health Launches Healthy Decisions for Healthy Aging Campaign

FAIR Health 560

FAIR Health has launched "Healthy Decisions for Healthy Aging," a campaign to promote FAIR Health for Older Adults, an online resource designed to provide older adults and the people who support them with the clinical, financial and educational information they need to plan for a treatment, procedure or ongoing condition.

The Healthy Decisions for Healthy Aging campaign messaging recognizes that for older adults, healthcare decisions are “family decisions, life-changing decisions and shared decisions.” The tools, resources and content on FAIR Health for Older Adults are part of a dedicated section of FAIR Health’s free consumer website.

FairHealthConsumer.org/OlderAdults features:

  • Shared decision-making tools that combine clinical and cost information for different treatment options associated with conditions that affect older adults.
  • FH® Total Treatment Cost tools highlighting a range of costs for conditions that are particularly relevant to older adults.
  • Educational content about diverse healthcare topics.

The campaign is funded by JAHF. Please share the campaign with us: stakeholder organizations, such as clinical institutions and community organizations, can download and share the campaign and related physical and digital materials with those they care for and serve.
