Cambia Health Foundation Grants Announced
Cambia Health Foundation has announced it's newly funded grants which are focused on improving children's mental health, expanding access to palliative care and streamlining the way the health care system works.
In the Foundation's VitalTalk grant description, The John A. Hartford Foundation and the California Health Care Foundation are noted as co-funders of the "Conversation Stopper" physician survey.
