d.health Summit 2019
The University of Rochester, in collaboration with West Health, is hosting the 5th annual d.health Summit, "Beyond Healthcare: The Social Determinants of Health," on June 11 in Boston.
d.health is a national forum focused on aging innovation, and provides an industry-leading platform to promote cross-disciplinary collaboration.
d.health will open with a pre-Summit day event about the unique challenges of informal caregivers, "Transforming the Way We Care," on June 10. Speakers at the pre-Summit include Rani E. Snyder, MPA, Program Director, The John A. Hartford Foundation.
