National Healthcare Decisions Day Webinar Recording from The Conversation Project
Our grantee, The Conversation Project, held a webinar to launch preparations for National Healthcare Decisions Day on April 16 - there were over 400 participants!
National Healthcare Decisions Day exists to inspire, educate and empower the public and providers about the importance of advance care planning.
The group also released their "Don't Panic" video, an animated video of Dr. Karen Boudreau writing a letter to loved ones about what they should do if they ever were given the difficult task of making end-of-life decisions for her.
