AHA Webinar: Age-Friendly Hospital Measure - Preparing for Successful Attestation
The American Hospital Association (AHA) will host a webinar on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Age-Friendly Hospital Measure and what hospitals need to know to prepare for successful attestation.
The webinar will cover the measure’s reporting requirements, scoring and attestation by domain, as well as how the measure aligns with CMS’ National Quality Strategy. Speakers will also discuss how implementing the Age-Friendly Health Systems (AFHS) 4Ms Framework—What Matters, Medication, Mentation and Mobility—can support hospitals in delivering age-friendly care and working toward attestation.
The webinar will also provide information about the AHA Age-Friendly Health Systems Action Community convening in September. Participation is free.
