Office Administrator

Sarah Alaimo is the office administrator at The John A. Hartford Foundation. In this role, she supports the president and executive assistant to the president, as well as the communications and program teams as needed. She assists with day-to-day operations of the foundation, serving as the office point of contact and supporting daily office administration, which includes calendar management, expense reporting, board meeting logistics, overseeing office maintenance and assisting with hiring and onboarding interns.

Prior to joining the foundation, she worked as an office manager for a creative marketing agency in New York. Sarah has also worked as an accounting office assistant for over four years and completed a communications internship with the World Wildlife Fund. In her free time, she volunteers with the youth shelter Covenant House New York and as a cat foster for the Whiskers-A-Go-Go rescue group.

She earned her BS in Communications and International Relations at Boston University.
