ADvancing States Call for State Participants: Cross-State Caregiving Collaborative Application Open
ADvancing States is accepting applications from states for its Cross-State Caregiving Collaborative. This initiative aims to help states address the critical need for integrating family caregivers and direct care workers.
The Cross-State Caregiving Collaborative will assemble up to eight states, together with national experts, to share, develop and implement practices and programs that integrate these two vital groups.
Selected states will participate in monthly meetings from May to November 2024 and will also gather at the 2024 National HCBS Conference in Baltimore in August, where participants will also have the opportunity to attend and present at a day-long intensive on family caregiving and the workforce.
Applications are open to state aging, disability and Medicaid agencies. Apply by April 26.
