CE4TA Age-Inclusive Telehealth Innovative Practices Award Winners
The Center of Excellence for Telehealth and Aging (CE4TA) has announced the winner of the second Age-Inclusive Telehealth Innovative Practices Award.
The award is given twice a year and highlights programs that show excellence with incorporating the Principles & Guidelines for Telehealth & Aging, as put forth by the Collaborative for Telehealth and Aging. Case study submissions address the following:
- Define a specific challenge experienced in utilizing telehealth for care of older adults.
- Provide details of how your team/ organization specifically addressed that challenge.
- Present tools for practical application of program at other site or organization.
Awardees receive $5,000, an emblem of award and are featured on the CE4TA. The CE4TA Age-Inclusive Telehealth Innovative Practices Award was created in partnership with the West Health Institute, the University of Virginia Geriatrics, and the Mid-Atlantic Telehealth Resource Center.
