CAPC Master Clinician Series: Dementia Care in the Time of COVID-19

The Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) held a webinar on August 14, "Dementia Care in the Time of COVID-19," as part of their Master Clinician Series.

For family caregivers, navigating the complexity of caring for a loved one with dementia can be overwhelming during the best of times. Learning to adapt dementia care during a pandemic is a challenge, and requires some imagination and changes in the way we provide care.

In this Master Clinician, Leslie Chang Evertson and Dr. David Reuben shared tips on what to do - and what not to do - for people living with dementia, and family caregivers, during the time of COVID-19.
