The National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP) has released an issue brief, "Seven Ways State Policymakers Can Promote Palliative Care."

State policymakers are increasingly interested in palliative care, however, they face challenges as they work to integrate palliative care across the health care continuum. This seven-step roadmap offers strategies policymakers can use to implement and improve palliative care services in their states.
