The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) is holding a webinar July 21, "Public Sector Briefing: Person-Driven Outcomes."

NCQA has developed a set of performance measures that assess whether health care is helping people to achieve “what matters most.” Person-driven outcome measures assess whether health care organizations are helping individuals achieve outcomes identified by the individual (or their caregiver) as important for their own health.

During the webinar, NCQA will review the person-driven outcomes approach and how it can be leveraged with the new Home and Community-Based Services funding under the American Rescue Plan Act. The intended audience is State Medicaid Leaders, CBOs, State BH Agencies, IDD Departments and Departments of Public Health.
