Roadmap for Success in Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Released by NCQA
The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) has released a new Roadmap for Success in LTSS, a compilation of resources to guide organizations through meeting NCQA Standards for LTSS.
The roadmap includes a variety of resources to help organizations consider different ways to meet LTSS standards. NCQA’s Accreditation of Case Management for LTSS program and the LTSS Distinction module create an opportunity for CBOs, health plans, case management organizations and managed behavioral healthcare organizations to demonstrate their ability to deliver LTSS and coordinate with other health care and service providers, people and organizations.
NQCA also debuts a webpage, Measuring What Matters Most to Older Adults, to share approaches to measuring quality for people with complex needs.
The John A. Hartford Foundation and The SCAN Foundation partnered to support The Roadmap for Success in LTSS.
