Twitter Chat: How Can States Support Family Caregivers?
The Center for Health Care Strategies, Inc. (CHCS) is holding a twitter chat on September 4, "How Can States Support Family Caregivers?"
The twitter chat will be focused on exploring how states can better support family caregivers through policy change. CHCS senior program officer, Courtney Roman, will moderate the discussion, which will feature questions stemming from a recently released fact sheet and infographic.
