WebMD and JAHF Partnership: Age-Friendly Care Consumer Resources

JAHF Web MD AFC

The John A. Hartford Foundation and WebMD have partnered to create age-friendly care consumer resources, "Over 70: Take Control of Your Health," which is now also available in Spanish.

Age-friendly care is health care that meets your needs, preferences and goals as you get older. The WebMD Age-Friendly Care page has dozens of articles, tools, videos, and other resources to provide older adults and their caregivers with information and tools they can use to learn about and receive age-friendly care. The page is also available in Spanish, "Adultos mayores de 70+: Cómo tener una vida saludable."

The resources are organized through the framework of the Age-Friendly Health Systems initiative's 4Ms: what Matters, Medication, Mentation and Mobility. They contain information, best practices, how-to guides and much more about age-friendly care.

WebMD is one of the internet’s most popular consumer-focused health and wellness websites.
