Health Affairs has released a new datagraphic with its October 2017 issue on the topic of Aging and Health.

The datagraphic presents the results of six studies that tested the degree to which one or more innovations achieved such goals as enabling people to age at home, avoid hospitalizations, and receive better cancer care. Each datagraphic is linked to a specific study:

  • Aging in place (Szanton et al, HA, June 2016)
  • Home visit models (Ruiz et al, HA, March 2017)
  • Avoidable hospitalizations (Ingber et al, HA, March 2017)
  • Preventing readmissions (Winblad et al, HA, January 2017)
  • Models of cancer care (Colligan et al, HA, March 2017)
  • Psychoactive drugs (Lucas and Bowblis, HA, July 2017)

The datagraphic is part of the Health Affairs Aging and Health series which is supported by The John A. Hartford Foundation.
