The National PACE Association, which advances the efforts of Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE®), has announced the launch of PACE 2.0 with a new webpage.

PACE programs coordinate and provide all needed preventive, primary, acute and long-term care services so older individuals can continue living in the community. The PACE 2.0 initiative will expand access to PACE for many complex high-need, high-cost populations across the country, with the goal of innovating the PACE model to serve more seniors and other individuals with high-care needs.

The PACE 2.0 project is supported by West Health Policy Center and by The John A. Hartford Foundation.
