Webinar Recording: A National Review of State Palliative Care Policies and Programs
The National Academy for State Health Policy's (NASHP) has released a recording, "Advancing Palliative Care for Adults with Serious Illness: A National Review of State Palliative Care Policies and Programs," from their recent webinar highlighting Texas' work to advance palliative care.
The webinar discussed major trends from all 50 states and Washington, DC, promising policy approaches, and key considerations for states identified in NASHP's states palliative care report. It also featured a presentation on Texas' work to advance palliative care through stakeholder engagement and Medicaid quality improvement initiatives.
