The National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (n4a)-led Aging and Disability Business Institute and the American Society on Aging (ASA) are holding a webinar on October 17, "Breaking Down Barriers in Care Coordination: Partnering with MCOs to Provide Language Services for Beneficiaries."

The Coalition of Limited English Speaking Elderly (CLESE) will highlight the work of it’s Language Access Center in offering interpretation services and assistance to managed care organization (MCO) care coordinators. Marta Pereyra, Executive Director, will talk about CLESE's achievements in improving communication between limited English speaking older adults and MCOs, and also describe challenges and lessons learned along the way.

CLESE was The John A. Hartford Foundation 2018 Business Innovation Award winner.
