Health grantmakers share a vision: for individuals, families, and communities to achieve health, resilience, healing, and well-being. There are many routes to that destination, and funders have many tools at their disposal to achieve these goals. They can experiment with tactics and work with various allies and partners, creating pathways to better health and health care.

Hartford grantee Diane Meier, director of the Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC), will be featured at the Thursday, March 5th plenary session from 10:00 am-11:00 am.
