Business Institute Webinar: Award-Winning CBOs Discuss Their Innovative Programs and Partnerships with Healthcare
The Aging and Disability Business Institute (Business Institute) at USAging is hosting a webinar February 10, "Award-Winning CBOs Discuss Their Innovative Programs and Partnerships with Healthcare."
Each year, The John A. Hartford Foundation Business Innovation Award recognizes community-based organizations that are improving health outcomes and quality of life for older adults and/or persons with disabilities, in their communities. Runners up for The John A. Hartford Foundation 2021 Business Innovation Award were Daybreak’s Rapid Response Case Management Pilot (RRCM) and the Area Agency on Aging & Disabilities of Southwest Washington’s (AAADSW) Community Paramedicine program, both programs that work with multiple community partners to improve the health and quality of life of individuals who are frequent users of emergency services.
Webinar speakers will talk about how Daybreak and AAADSW developed their programs and partnerships, the challenges they encountered along the way, and the outcomes they achieved. Participants in this webinar will be able to:
- Identify the intent of The John A. Hartford Foundation 2020 Business Innovation Award;
