Business Institute Webinar: JAHF Business Institute Award - Three Award-Winning AAAs Speak About Their Innovative Health Care Contracts and Partnerships
USAging's Aging and Disability Business Institute is holding a webinar September 21 to hear from three-award winning Area Agencies in Aging (AAAs).
Each year, The John A. Hartford Business Innovation Award recognizes community-based organizations that are improving health outcomes and quality of life for older adults and/or persons with disabilities through health care contracting.
During this webinar, the 2022 winner of The John A. Hartford Business Innovation Award, Direction Home Aging & Disabilities, and the runners-up, Maryland Living Well Center of Excellence—Mac, Inc., and Mid-America Regional Council’s Department of Aging and Adult Services, will share information about their award-winning innovative programs. They will also share with attendees the strategies they used to develop contracts and partnerships, as well as the challenges and the outcomes they achieved.
